Britney will also shed light on the loneliness of celebrity life, 'I've been through a lot and there's a lot that people don't know.' 'I sit there and I look back and I'm like, 'I'm a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?' She adds, 'I'm kind of stuck in this place and it's like, how do you deal? And you just cope, and that's what I do. I just cope with it, every day.' However Britney stopped coping when she shaved her head in front of paparazzi and was admitted to a psychiatric facility. Britney's sixth album, Circus, will be out in time for Christmas, she'll also be performing her debut single Womanizer on reality TV show, The X Factor.
