The usually sweet pop trio have threatened to boycott the Brit Awards if the award show continues to snub their hard work and dedication.
In 10 years the Sugababes have sold 5.5million albums, achieved 6 No.1 singles and have broken 2 Guinness World Records, yet they've never been rewarded with a single Brit Award.
Heidi, Keisha and Amelle Berrabah told the Mirror, 'I say this in the most humble way but when you think of pop bands the Sugababes are definitely up there. I’m proud that Gordon Brown is recognising us, but why not the Brits? We’re British for God’s sake and we’ve done well.
'Surely we deserve an award after all the hard work we’ve done?' Adding,
'I’m telling you, if they don’t nominate us this year, that’s it, I’m done. I’m not going. I had a dream the band had been going for 17 years and we turned up at the Brits and they said: ‘Sorry you’ve lost again’. I’m that angry I say, ‘F*** off, that’s not what I’m here for’
Despite being nominated 6 times the Babes have only ever gone home with Best Dance Act 2003, a category that no longer exists.
