To the disappointment of her male fans, the dark haired beauty has vowed she'll never pose naked for Playboy again!
The 28 year old, who featured as a Playboy centrefold in the adult magazine last year, says she has no plans to strip off in the future.
'It was a one-off. I don't think I'll do Playboy or anything like that again.'
Kim, whose currently dating American footballer Reggie Bush says she likes to think of herself as his good luck charm.
'I don't have to sneak into games. I'd like to think I was his good luck charm, but I'd also like to think he plays at his best even when I'm not there.'
Although Kim's hung up her Playboy heels, former Spice Girl Melanie Brown has other ideas. The former singer recently revealed that she's already turned down offers from the publication but is having second thoughts.
'I was offered Playboy last year and again a couple of months ago, and I did turn them down, but that's not to say I wouldn't consider it in the future. I have no problems walking around the house naked or anything.'
