Last year, Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf suffered a crushed hand, after getting caught up in a roll over crash with another driver who smashed into his pick up truck as he went to make a left turn.
The actors luck hasn't picked up with the New Year and the Eagle Eye star has now had his drivers license suspended after refusing a breathalyser test.
DMV officials told E! News that Shia's license was suspended on Sunday after he was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence. 'It was suspended for refusing a chemical test,' said an official.
California law states that anyone whose suspected of driving under the influence and refuses a blood, urine or breath test can have their license suspended for up to 1 year.
Looks as though Shia's been transformed into a passenger!
