35 year old civil servant Darryn Walker will be prosecuted under the Obscene Publications Act for his blog that details the torture of the Aloud Singers (Cheryl Cole) which was 12 pages long and titled 'Girls (Scream) Aloud'.
Scotland Yard Police raided his home in Tyneside after a tip off from the Internet Watch Foundation who monitor the internet for unsuitable content, Darryn Walker was then arrested and charged.
The 35 year old was granted unconditional bail and will appear in front of a judge at Newcastle Crown Court sometime this month, Scotland Yard said they saw this as an unusual case and:
'The test is whether the material is likely to deprave or corrupt those reading it.'
