This week saw the Sex and the City girls (minus Kristin Davis) gather in New York to celebrate the DVD release of 'Sex and the City: The Movie'. Cynthia Nixon wore a beautiful, textured silk gown that finished below the knee, with nude shoes and tan clutch, whilst Kim Cattrall wore an ageing purple velour suit, with a shirt that looks like it's missing one or two buttons! Style Queen Sarah Jessica Parker wore a gorgeous sleeveless black dress, sheer Audrey Hepburn style gloves, teamed with a white clutch and gloriously bright peep toe heels. Sadly her hair style failed to impress, it didn't say 50s glamour, it said aging woman.
To celebrate the DVD release of Sex and the City: The Movie, we've decided to take a closer look at the sunglasses worn by the widely adored Samantha and Charlotte in the S.A.T.C movie itself. Samantha
Samantha (Kim Cattrall) wore white, square frames that look like our Prada 17IS model, these frames sport a subtle Prada logo on the arm and have gradient lenses, and are loosely based on the Jackie Oh collections.

Dreamily romantic Charlotte wore sunglasses in this scene that look like our Christian Dior 60s 1 frame, an angular square frame with gradient lenses, and a classic example of Charlotte's understated old school glamour style.
