In 2006 we saw Daniel Craig step into the role of James Bond like you have never seen him before, before he held a license to kill, before his womanising ways and it was one of the most visually exciting Bond film in years.
However there was one key thing that many Bond fans had seen before, Bond's key accessory, iconic Persol sunglasses.
These sporty designed frames with double nose bridge are Persol 2244S sunglasses (shown above), and were worn by Daniel Craig in the infamous starting scene where James Bond steps off the plane, and feature again later on whilst James Bond speaks to 'Q'.

Oliver Peoples sunglasses are retro inspired and have appeared on the faces of the rich and famous many many times, and are due to celebrate their 20th anniversary so an appearance in a James Bond would fit celebrations nicely.
